Please join us on the third Thursday of every month from 5-8 pm.
We’ll be at Etsy Labs!
55 Washington Street, Suite 712 in DUMBO Brooklyn
This place is AMAZING! The labs are home to all kinds of special tools & equipment, plus lots of donated supplies for us to use (but it would be a good idea to bring thread & stuff if you want to use the sewers). They are all about encouraging people to make stuff, just like us, so we get to have this special event every month where access to all of their goodies is totally free. If you like it there you can always go back for their Monday Craft Nights.
There is lots of big tables & chairs to spread out on. Our meetings are a casual drop in affair, come any time, bring anyone, bring anything you are working on or come & just check out what everyone else is up to. Snacks are welcome.
Sign up for the monthly e-mail update here.
Please e-mail the Very Esteemed Callie Janoff for more information.
Can’t wait to see you there!

How can I know whats pallend in the next craft night?
Hi Neomi. Church of Craft at Etsy is always open craft time. If you want any meeting specifics, your best bet is to subscribe to the New York chapter’s email list, the form is on the right at the bottom of the page. The Etsy Labs also has their own schedule of craft night activities, so check in with those cats for their plans for other craft nights.
i so envy you! i used to go to church of craft in portland with the lovely and talented Sister Dianne Gilliland. it was soooo wonderful. miss it terribly. best of luck to you all!
I always try to be positive in my comments, but everyone has limits. Just want to say that, as a Christian, I find it highly offensive that you would use “church” in your name, and then have a skull as an icon. The church, as a form of community fellowship, was formed by God, and it shouldn’t be mocked.
@Jordan White:
the word “Church” used here is not in the religious context but in the context of an ASSEMBLY. A gathering together of people if you will. Not necessary to get all huffy, I am sure no one meant any disrespect to Churches in general. The skull is an affirmation of eternal life in many major religions. Mocking death as the end.
Also God did not create the “church”, man did.
I would like to voice my respect for your kindness supporting those who require help with this particular subject matter. Your very own dedication to getting the solution along had become particularly interesting and have in most cases encouraged others like me to get to their goals. Your entire invaluable key points implies much to me and far more to my office colleagues. Thanks a lot; from each one of us. http://www..cnreplicalouisvuitton.com
